Information about the HTC Droid Incredible has been leaking out in bits over the last couple of weeks but now it’s official. For all you Verizon customers in the US, the HTC Droid Incredible has now been officially announced by Verizon. Pre orders will start on April 19th and it hits stores on April 29 for $199.99 on contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.
The Specs are pretty much what we all expected them to be;
- 1GHz Snapdragon Processor
- Android 2.1 with HTC Sense
- 8 megapixel camera
- 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED display
It’s basically the Google Nexus One with a better camera and the Sense UI. In fact it’s identical to the HTC Desire in Europe which has the exact same specs aside from a 5 Megapixel Camera.

Best Buy will also be selling pre orders for the handset from the 18th for $199.99 without any mail in rebates.
