It was bound to happen and at last it has, the pricing for the Google Phone has been leaked. Gizmodo managed to get their hands on the alleged landing page for the Google Phone – Nexus One.

According to the page, the Nexus One will be available for $530 Unlocked and it will be offered subsidized by T-Mobile for $180 when you sign up for a 2 year contract. The plan consists of 500 minutes of talk time, unlimited text, data, and mobile to mobile for $79.99 a month.

More Details:

  • You can only buy 5 Nexus Ones per Google account
  • Google will be selling the phone at www.google.com/phone
  • It will be called the Nexus One and not the Google Phone
  • It will be sold for $530 unsubsidized, not at cost price
  • According to the agreement their is support for shipping outside of the US
  • If you cancel your plan before 120 days, you have to pay the subsidy difference between what you paid and the unsubsidized price, so $350 in this case. Or you can return the phone to Google. You also authorize them to charge this directly to your credit card.

What do you think of these prices? Is it good that you have the option to buy it unlocked or on a contract? Which would you choose?
